Chargée / Chargé d'accueil, de relation et de service à l'usager

Accueil du public.

Gestion des tâches administratives.

Travail en binôme.

Accueil physique et téléphonique des administrés et de tout type de public.

Renseigner la population et gérer les dossiers : État civil, élections, urbanisme..Enregistrer et suivre le courrier, les mails et les appels téléphoniques.

Rédiger des arrêtés de police et d'occupation du domaine public.

Préparation et suivi des décisions du Maire et du conseil municipal : convocations, délibérationsÉlaborer paie, suivi des congés.

Suivre les services communaux (bâtiments, foyer, cimetière, logements).Enregistrer les abonnements et les nouveaux compteurs du service Eau-assainissement.

Gérer le planning de réservation de la salle du foyer.

Experience on similar position desired.

Knowledge of functioning of local authorities.

Mastery of IT tools related to local authorities (JVS...)
Perfect mastery of Word and Excel software.
