Conducts pre-trip, during-trip, and post-trip inspections of all vehicles operated;
Provides Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) at end of each trip or shift;
Notifies Transportation Manager of problems before initiating a trip;
Ensures detainees are properly secured before leaving a facility and while in a vehicle;
Completes necessary paperwork and reports accurately and in a thorough manner
