• Competitive pay: $22–$28/hr DOE

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoices and electronic payments
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare routine reports
• Assist with payroll, support audits, and respond to billing questions

• Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
• Strong Quick Books Online skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
