We are hiring asap for Full‑time intern who has the ability to stay on in a part‑time capacity in the Fall.

Reporting to the Manager, Retail, Rebates & Agency, this internship provides hands‑on experience in accounting. The intern will help support rebate accounting activities by preparing reconciliations, assisting with month‑end processes, researching variances, tracking cash receipts, and evaluation of reporting for North America.

• Assist with month‑end journal entries and rebate accounting activities
• Prepare and review account reconciliations for balance sheet and P&L accounts
• Track and allocate rebates received during the year to ensure proper accounting treatment
• Work with Strategic Supply Managers on inventory protection programs allocating terms to locations carrying applicable inventory as well as working capital adjustments as needed
• Research and help resolve discrepancies on monthly reporting
• Support special projects and process‑improvement initiatives as assigned

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role, in Loveland, CO, is between $16.76 – $26.27 per hour. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
