ABOUTTHE ROLE
Pinnacle Consulting Group is seeking a District Compliance Operations Administrator to support ensuring the effective governance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency of various Title 32 Districts, including metropolitan, water & sanitation, park & recreation, and fire protection/emergency service districts.
In this role, you will oversee the administration of district operations, ensuring the efficient execution of all critical functions necessary for the smooth running of each district.
This position is housed in the Management and Administration Department and reports to the Director of Management and Administration. The role requires strong organization, follow-through, communication, problem solving, conflict resolution skills, and the capability of working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Board of Directors Relations- Coordination with the Board of Directors and other District stakeholders.
- Expertly facilitate the scheduling of board meetings, including those with complex internal and external constituents, ensuring optimal participation and preparation.
- Prepare, review, and distribute comprehensive board meeting packets, incorporating relevant and required documents and reports to support informed decision making.
- Ensure compliance with open meeting laws, ADA accessibility standards, and other regulatory requirements by efficiently managing the filing, posting, and documentation of board records on government platforms and the Districts website.
- Coordinate with the District Manager in the overall responsibility and coordination of Client Teams to ensure that all required filings and notices are submitted in compliance with state statute with the appropriate regulatory agency.
- Assist the Designated Election Official and District Managers in the conduct of special and regular elections.
- Maintain Districts' records, including public records, according to the State of Colorado Archivist's Records and Retention Guidelines.
- Maintain internal records with updated client information after bi-annual elections and/or after new board member appointments.
- Works closely with district and community manager(s) to handle issues and transactions related to the administration and management of the districts and assists with communication with elected officials, constituents, property owners, builders, and local municipalities.
- Assist in the management of all communications, including websites, newsletters, and social media with Client Teams.
