We are seeking an experienced full lifecycle recruiter who has proven experience of filling a wide range of positions at a high volume. The ideal candidate has successfully recruited construction craft, trades, functional, and technical skillsets in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• Increase the company’s efficiency and effectiveness by maintaining financial organization and tracking of industrial electrical projects
• Prepare permits, project schedule, PO buyouts, project strategy, submittals, shop drawings, budget and schedule of values for project start up
• Maintain daily affairs to stay within budget, address change orders, and prepare billing
• Maintain project organization and tracking to include subcontractor performance, material tracking, and coordination of submittals by other trades
• Execute project close out including preparation of O & M manuals, warranty documents, and receiving all spare parts

Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

• Have project controls/coordination experience
• Have been exposed to industrial waste water electrical project work
• Possess excellent computer skills that include MS Office and Accubid
• Demonstrate excellent quantitative and analytical skills
• Have a basic understanding of the electrical industry, particularly waste water industrial work

• Utilize an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving
• Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse, dynamic and fast-paced environment

Colorado Pay Range: $75,000 USD - $90,000 USD
