Contracts Manager

Job Overview

A Contracts Manager will analyze and negotiate contracts between Veralto Water Quality operating companies and customers, suppliers, and other partners. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Contracts and works in a hybrid arrangement in one of the following locations:
Loveland, CO;
Glen Allen, VA;
Wood Dale, IL; or London, ON (Canada).

• Review, draft, redline, negotiate, and manage a broad range of contracts and amendments.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to move agreements from intake through execution with speed and sound judgment.
• Identify contractual risks, recommend practical solutions, and escalate non‑standard issues when needed.
• Manage multiple agreements simultaneously while maintaining quality, accuracy, and responsiveness.
• Support continuous improvement of contract processes, templates, and reporting.
• Use contract tools and workflows to maintain clean records, visibility, and follow‑through on obligations.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Juris Doctor degree required.
• 4–5+ years of experience in business law with emphasis in contract drafting, negotiation, and review.
• Experience reviewing, revising, negotiating, and summarizing commercial contracts, including customer and supplier agreements.
• Knowledge of contractual indemnification, insurance concepts, and document tracking/contract lifecycle management systems.

• Salary range: $100,000 – $110,000 USD per year (subject to change).
• Eligible for bonus pay.
