Shop Laborers - $20/hr - Loveland, CO

LPR Construction Company is seeking Shop Laborers for their Loveland, Colorado home office. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on, active work and want to be part of a reliable team. Shop Laborers will help keep the shop and yard running smoothly by handling materials, equipment, and deliveries for job sites. The ideal candidate is dependable, enjoys working outdoors, and is eager to contribute to a solid crew.

• $20–$23 per hour (based on experience)

• 1-2 years of general laborer experience, preferably in the construction industry
• Familiarity with construction materials and equipment handling
• Ability to load/unload semi-trailers
• Valid Driver license
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Proven punctuality and reliability
• Ability to work well within a team and take direction
• Basic maintenance skills for office building upkeep
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures
• Ability to check in and out equipment and repair tools/equipment
• Ability to cut and mow yards and maintain landscape
