You will play a vital role in supporting full-scope cast-in-place concrete construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout. Working as an employee-owner, you will collaborate with lead project managers and field staff to deliver high-quality structures. • Manage and organize critical project documents, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Maintain digital project management platforms like Plan Grid and Procore to ensure real-time accuracy across teams.
• Develop detailed formwork shop drawings using CAD to support accurate field execution.
• Draft, track, and process project change orders to maintain financial and operational alignment.
• Maintain city license and permit logs to ensure full regulatory compliance across all project sites.
• Coordinate clear communication channels between field crews, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the compilation and delivery of comprehensive closeout documentation upon project completion.

• 1-3 years of professional experience in the construction industry.
• Ability to interpret complex construction drawing sets, including Architectural, Civil, Landscape, and Structural plans.
• Strong organizational, time management, and written or verbal communication skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Outlook.
• Demonstrated history of integrity, ethical standards, and a strong work ethic.

• Direct experience drafting formwork shop drawings using CAD software.
• Working knowledge of Plan Grid and Procore project management software platforms.
• Prior experience working on turnkey, cast-in-place concrete construction projects.
