PositionSummary
The Parking Attendant will provide the highest level of customer service for guests at the Blue Arena and The Ranch parking lots to enhance their overall event experience. Responsibilities include managing ingress and egress for scheduled parking events.
Hourly rate: $18.50
Part‑time benefits include a 401(k) savings plan with matching and one hour of accrued paid leave per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year.

About The VenueBlue Arena at The Ranch Events Complex, located in Loveland, Colorado, is a 6,800‑seat multi‑purpose venue opened in September 2003. It hosts the Colorado Eagles of the American Hockey League and is managed by Oak View Group on behalf of Larimer County. The 374,000‑square‑foot ranch complex can accommodate a wide range of events, including hockey, basketball, football, rodeos, concerts, and trade shows.
Responsibilities- Provide friendly directions to patrons into and out of parking lots.
- Maintain a calm and inviting demeanor when interacting with patrons throughout the event.
- Ensure a safe environment for yourself and guests.
- Enforce Oak View Group policies and procedures.
- Prepare for each event by acquiring all pertinent show information.
- Move patrons through entry points and parking lot quickly and safely.
- Assist with enforcement of the clear‑bag policy.
- Direct patrons through proper entrances and areas allowed for public access.
- Consult event supervisors and management staff for assistance and report suspicious behavior.
- Greet and assist premium parking guests and direct them to the correct access point.
- Greet incoming guests and accommodate their needs and requests.
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, evenings, and holidays, typically 3–10 hours per shift.
- Prior traffic or parking experience is a plus.
- Capacity to lift heavy objects.
- General knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations.
- Ability to work outdoors and tolerate extreme heat and cold.
- Ability to withstand prolonged walking, standing, bending, pushing, stooping, and kneeling without restriction.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
