Service Dispatcher

SWAN Loveland is seeking a Service Dispatcher to support our HVAC Wholesale operations in the Customer Service & Support department. In this role, you will schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians, coordinate parts and equipment, and communicate with customers, vendors, and field teams. You will prioritize incoming calls, verify work orders, and ensure accurate, timely documentation in our dispatch and CRM systems.
