What You'll Do

+ Process customer orders and purchase orders through phone, email, and chat support.

+ Assist customers with order status, tracking, pricing, shipping, and product inquiries.

+ Manage order accuracy, resolve order holds, and maintain customer records.

What We're Looking For

+ 1-2+ years of customer service, call center, or order management experience.

+ Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

+ Positive, coachable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Work Environment

+ Fully onsite in Loveland, CO, near the I-25 and Highway 34 corridor.

+ Monday-Friday schedules between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM MST.

+ Modern office environment with onsite amenities.

+ Potential flexibility to work remotely on Fridays once performance expectations are consistently exceeded.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
