Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers.

• Use your automotive knowledge to help customers find solutions and get the most from their vehicles
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same

• Answer and direct customer phone calls, live chats, and emails.
• Provide outstanding customer support before, during, and after the sale.
• Resolve customer order issues, including returns, warranties, shipping concerns, and product-related inquiries.
• Research and identify parts using diagrams, schematics, and product documentation.
• Assist customers with product selection and compatibility questions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication notes.

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of automotive systems and parts drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Pay: $19 Per Hour

Location: Loveland, CO

Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5pm
