Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 annually
Location: Loveland, CO
Schedule: Monday through Friday, Full Time
Where Happy Happens Here Every DayThe Learning Experience in Loveland is seeking an experienced and driven Center Director to lead daily operations, inspire staff, and ensure excellence in early childhood education. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining compliance, supporting enrollment growth, developing teachers, and creating a positive culture for families and team members.
We are looking for a strong operational leader who can balance classroom quality, team development, and business performance.
What You Will Do- Oversee daily center operations and ensure compliance with Colorado licensing regulations
- Lead, coach, and develop teaching staff to maintain high classroom quality
- Manage staff scheduling, ratios, and performance expectations
- Drive enrollment growth through tours and community engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with families and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor financial performance including labor management and budgeting
- Ensure a safe, organized, and positive school environment
- Must meet Colorado Office of Early Childhood Director qualifications
- PDIS Level 2 or higher required
- Experience in a licensed early childhood center required
- Must pass Colorado state background check
- Completion of required state training and ongoing professional development
- Minimum three years of leadership experience in a licensed childcare setting
- Experience managing staff of 20 or more preferred
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills
- Confident decision maker with excellent communication skills
- Ability to build culture, accountability, and team engagement
