Job Description

Loveland Academy of Music is seeking a fun and professional Temporary Full-Time Admin at our Loveland, CO music school. This staff member will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.

The desired time commitment for this position is M-Th 2-8:30 pm and Fridays 11 am-7 pm
. These hours are guaranteed through May 13, 2026
. The position has the potential to extend past this date, but with reduced hours. We are looking for candidates who can start immediately
.

• Greeting students arriving for lessons and ensuring that teachers stay on schedule
• Responding to scheduling-related phone calls and emails from students and families
• Interfacing with teachers to help them manage their student schedules
• General administrative tasks as needed
• Opening/closing cleaning duties while maintaining a tidy lobby and building

The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in music and music education would be an asset.

Pay will be $22 per hour. Health benefits options and a 401K with employer match are available for all part- and full-time employees at Ensemble after 30 days of employment.

Ensemble Schools is a partnership of community-driven music and dance schools that maintain individual identities but share resources to ensure their mutual success.

What began as a one-room piano studio in 2001 has grown into the largest community music school in Loveland, Colorado--Loveland Music Academy. We offer quality music training to all ages, in a way that makes our students' experience truly unique and enjoyable. Each lesson is personalized to meet student goals. With highly qualified teachers, our students study the music they love while mastering the basics of music theory, ear training, improvisation, sight reading, performance skills, and more!
