Assist the head coach in coaching a middle school athletic team in accordance with Northern Conference Middle Level Activities Association regulations and Thompson School District policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Attend all coaches meetings, practices, meets and/or games.
- Support the development of expectations and direction of the program.
- Communicate with other coaching staff, athletes, and parents.
- Follow Northern Conference Middle Level Activities Association regulations and TSD policies.
- Perform other job-related duties as needed.
- Complete payroll paperwork and fingerprinting (if not a licensed educator in the Thompson School District).
