IMPACT energy is seeking a Senior Retro-Commissioning (RCx) / Energy Auditor to perform on-site energy audits and building assessments for hospitality and commercial buildings in Colorado. The role is a 1099 Independent Contractor, approximately 10+ hours weekly, with remote work and periodic Colorado site visits.
You will evaluate HVAC and BAS systems, propose ECMs, develop engineering calculations, and prepare detailed reports for owners and contractors to implement energy improvements.
