Production Engineer II

Production Engineer II – supports manufacturing of product lines from start‑up to production, ensuring high quality, on‑time delivery, and cost effectiveness. Works within the Operations Engineering Team in Loveland, CO.

• Make continuous improvements and develop manufacturing process solutions that improve quality, delivery, and cost by minimizing downtime and rework due to quality or obsolescence issues.
• Resolve technical issues by identifying root cause(s) and defining short‑term and long‑term countermeasures.
• Design and develop poka‑yoke methods/fixtures to enhance quality and delivery.
• Create action plans to ensure on‑time completion of projects.
• Update manufacturing work instructions and validate manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Initiate engineering change orders and documentation changes while meeting corporate quality systems standards, coordinating cross‑functionally with planning, purchasing, supplier quality, development, regulatory, and manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with company, industry, and regulatory standards.

• B.S. or equivalent in Engineering or Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• Direct circuit board manufacturing experience; SMT exposure highly preferred.
• 3–5 years in a related manufacturing environment.
• Experience with design change processes (ECO/DCO).
• Proven experience leading technical projects.
• CAD (2D/3D) experience.
