Position Overview
Wilson & Company is seeking a Civil Engineer Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in Water/Wastewater design to support our Loveland, Denver, or Colorado Springs office. The role involves project management, contracting, mentoring, and client management.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver project management support for Water/Wastewater and rail/transportation infrastructure projects.
- Develop and maintain business client relationships; attend industry conferences and seminars.
- Produce and review plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, and InRoads.
- Perform hydraulic and environmental calculations and technical report writing.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to team members.
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or with a Water Resources emphasis.
- 10+ years of experience with Water/Wastewater design engineering.
- PE license required.
- Proficiency in plan production software:
AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation; experience with InRoads a plus. - Strong teamwork, problem‑solving, communication and intrapersonal skills.
- Excellent work ethic and comprehensive understanding of engineering principles.
Annual Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000+ (depending on experience). Benefits include health, life, and disability insurance; paid time off; retirement savings plan.
