Product Quality Engineer
Location:
Loveland, CO – on‑site. Potential travel up to 10% of the year.
- Drive daily Customer Defect Tracking & Resolution (CDT&R) activities, including KPI reporting (customer complaints, scrap, first‑pass yield)
- Lead quality activities across the reliability system, including design for reliability and manufacturability, design reviews, supplier quality, CDT&R, and Kaizen
- Monitor product and process performance using statistical methods (SPC, capability studies, trend analysis)
- Lead root‑cause investigations using 8D, Ishikawa, and 5‑Why within the Veralto Enterprise System (VES)
- Provide on‑floor technical support to analyze nonconformances and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Implement and sustain quality improvement initiatives, including CAPAs, SCARs, and structured problem‑solving processes
- Facilitate FMEAs for new product development and changes to existing products or processes
- Partner cross‑functionally to define SMART quality objectives and drive accountability to results
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Quality)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a lean manufacturing environment with a quality focus
- Demonstrated working knowledge of quality tools: PPAP, SPC, FMEA, 8D, and MSA
- Hands‑on experience with Quality Management Systems, including planning, tools, and project execution
- Practical experience reading technical drawings and developing or maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

The compensation range for this role is $105,000 - $140,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
