The position is a Senior Systems Engineer located in Loveland, Colorado and is an on‑site role. It reports to the Senior Manager, Systems Engineering and is part of the Systems Engineering team.
Responsibilities- Define system architecture and requirements
- Decompose system requirements and allocate targets
- Perform system modeling and analysis
- Drive root cause analysis and risk management
- Support cross-functional trade‑off decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of systems engineering experience
- Experience with requirements and system integration
- Demonstrated experience in root cause investigation and problem analysis
- Demonstrated ability to produce technical/process documentation
- Regulated environments (GMP, ISO)
- Model‑based systems engineering
- Experience with requirements and test management using JIRA plugins
- Ability to travel – up to 10% travel, overnight
Benefits include a comprehensive package of paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan for eligible employees. The annual salary range for this role is $92,500–$120,000, which may be adjusted. The position is also eligible for bonus or incentive pay.
