About the Role
As a Systems Engineer – Integration and Test, you will support testing, integration, and performance verification of hardware, software, and reagent systems. You will execute test protocols, analyze system data, and support resolution of technical issues impacting system performance. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Systems Engineering and is located in Loveland, Colorado (on‑site).
Responsibilities- Develop and execute test protocols to verify system performance
- Perform system and subsystem‑level testing
- Analyze test data and create reports
- Perform root‑cause investigations and support technical issue resolution
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience testing hardware/software systems
- Experience analyzing system data
- Demonstrated experience in root‑cause investigation and problem analysis
- Demonstrated ability to produce technical/process documentation
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 35 lbs
- Experience in regulated environments (GMP, ISO)
- Experience with requirements and test management using JIRA plugins
The annual salary range for this role is $75,000–$90,000. This range represents the expected compensation at the time of posting and may be adjusted in the future. The position is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Employees receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
