We're partnering with a highly respected, employee-owned engineering consulting firm seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead a variety of civil infrastructure and land development projects across Colorado.

As a Civil Engineering Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful execution of projects from planning through completion while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal project teams.

• Manage multiple civil engineering projects while maintaining budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Lead technical teams through planning, design, permitting, and construction support.
• Review project schedules and monitor progress to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee production of engineering plans, reports, specifications, and project documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to solve complex project challenges.
• Prepare field reports and provide construction-phase support as needed.
• Participate in client meetings, industry networking, and business development activities.
• Champion a culture centered on collaboration, quality, and exceptional client service.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience with progressive project management responsibilities.
• Experience managing civil site development, municipal infrastructure, utility, transportation, or public works projects.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and client management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership experience mentoring engineers and managing project teams.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work.
