Engineering Intern, Engineering Design & Technologists

• Perform hands-on work applying classroom experience to real-world projects
• Work for clients on projects with experienced engineers
• Participate as an active member of the team
• Learn about Wilson & Company's culture and evaluate the firm as a future career choice
• Solve complex problems
• Assist project managers
• Collaborate with partners to produce clients’ visions for the future built environment

• Registered as a Junior or Senior in Engineering or a related field at a local college or university
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to commute from school to the office
• Ability to work in an office environment; no remote work anticipated
• Highly responsible and dependable
• Ability to balance school, internship, and personal demands
• Ability to work cooperatively with team members and other Wilson & Company divisions
• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Ability to work with a team under a corresponding supervisor
• Micro Station, InRoads, AutoCAD, and/or Civil3D knowledge is a plus but not necessary

Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills while collaborating with team members on engineering projects. Familiarity with engineering software such as Micro Station, InRoads, AutoCAD, and Civil3D is advantageous.
