We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator with a strong background in switchboards and electrical power distribution equipment
. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical professional who enjoys analyzing electrical projects, developing accurate quotations, and collaborating with customers, vendors, and engineering teams.

This is not a sales position
. We're looking for an estimator with industry experience who can provide technical expertise and deliver accurate, competitive proposals for complex electrical projects.

• Prepare timely and accurate quotations for electrical switchboards and power distribution equipment.
• Review customer drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop complete proposals.
• Analyze complex electrical projects and determine the most appropriate equipment and pricing.
• Obtain pricing from manufacturers and vendor partners to build competitive quotations.
• Communicate directly with customers, contractors, engineers, and manufacturer representatives.
• Review technical specifications and provide supporting documentation for complex projects.
• Collaborate with engineering and subject matter experts to resolve technical questions.
• Develop estimating guides and reference materials to improve team efficiency and consistency.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Demonstrate commitment to quality, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience estimating electrical switchboards, power distribution equipment, or related electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

• Experience with custom switchboards or electrical distribution equipment.
• Experience working with manufacturers, electrical distributors, or OEMs.
• Familiarity with ERP, estimating, or quotation software.
