📍 Locations: Loveland, CO • Pay: $18–$24 per hour (based on experience)

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, solutions-driven Procurement Specialist to help us continue delivering the exceptional experience our customers love. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being the helpful voice that makes someone s day easier, this role is for you.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and employees at all times
• Reviewing and ordering all door and any materials not stocked at our warehouse.
• Review sold jobs and verify all details before ordering.
• Create purchase orders (POs) in Service Titan.
• Place orders with vendors.
• Communicate order status to customers, Technicians, and Logistics.
• Maintain records of customer interaction, transactions, comments, complaints
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Understanding our products/services inside and out
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 1 year previous experience in a purchasing/procurement role
• Excellent customer service, and organizational skills
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Experience with Service Titan a plus
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• High school degree
