Guest Guitar and Drums Teacher - land

About the Position

Ensemble Schools is seeking experienced and professional guitar and drum instructors to teach part‑time at Loveland Academy of Music in Loveland, CO. Instruction will be in person. Preference is given to candidates who can teach both guitar and drums.

Guest teachers are welcomed when there is a deficit in a main teacher’s schedule; consistency and greater availability are preferred.

• Strong music background evidenced by a degree in music performance, pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience.
• Demonstrated love of teaching and experience working with young musicians.
• Reliability, punctuality, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a routine background check.

• Teach guitar and drum lessons to students of all ages.
• Prepare lesson plans and materials tailored to individual student goals.
• Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behavior.

Pay is commensurate with experience, range $24–27 per hour. A 401(K) program with employer matching is available after 30 days. Health insurance options are available for all part‑ and full‑time employees.
