Process Analyst - Digital Operations

The Digital Operations Process Analyst is a key partner in driving operational and financial excellence across digital platforms. This role focuses on managing resource allocations that impact department budgets, reviewing and processing invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and overseeing software license compliance with financial impact. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, financially savvy, and skilled at balancing cost efficiency with strategic resource planning.

What Is Expected

* Review and process invoices from sourcing vendors with accuracy and timeliness

* Manage and assist in maintaining the resource allocations that impact the department budget

* Assist in the software capitalization process by working with resource managers and program managers to update work items in the portfolio management software

* Build and maintain strong vendor relationships by having monthly touch base meetings to discuss upcoming on- and offboarding contractor resources and invoice reviews.

* Oversee software license compliance, and calculate chargeback licensing costs.

* Allocate digital resources effectively across teams and projects, ensuring optimal utilization.

* Document and improve workflows for financial, operational, and resource management processes.

The pay range for this role starts at $40/hr

Required Skills & Experience

* 3+ years of experience in digital operations, financial management, or resource planning.

* Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder engagement.

* Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools; SAP experience preferred.

* Experience with Jira & Confluence space management and administration
