Financial Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Financial Analyst to join a leading agriculture client. This role is hybrid, 3 days per week onsite in Loveland, CO. This is contract is starting at 16 months with a current end date of December 31, 2027.

• Assist with daily margin analysis to identify issues proactively and work with the business to correct.
• Assist with field questions related to P&Ls, margins, costs, supplier programs, and freight.
• Provide accurate, timely, and reliable financial reports to Regional, Divisional, Branch and Corporate administration as assigned
• Provide financial and business analysis to support key strategic targets
• Assist Regional, Divisional, and Branch managers in analyzing their business to improve operating and financial performance
• Assist with the preparation of budgets, strategic plans, quarterly presentations, forecasts, and monthly business narratives
• Participate in monthly financial close, working with business managers and operational accounting departments as necessary
• Work across all North American retail operating regions to identify and support opportunities for increased profitability
• Data Harmonization, Testing and Margin analysis
• Contribute to the integration of legacy companies
• Keep abreast of current trends and practices in the industry and field of expertise
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized institution
• 3+ years’ experience in Financial Analysis
• Experience pulling and verifying data from multiple sources / systems
• Experience with margin analysis, financial forecasting and GL reconciliation
• Demonstrated critical skills are necessary
