Associate Client Relations Specialist

• Support various specialized client requests
• Handle escalated operational processing
• Understand, process, and verify complex transactions in compliance with established procedures and regulations
• Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide comprehensive, professional support
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Participate in special projects and initiatives assigned by management
• Mentor and guide junior team members

• 1-2 years of experience in financial services, or a related industry
• Strong understanding of investment products and financial instruments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
• Ability to work 8:30-5:30 CT; some overtime may be required
• Must be willing to work on site in one of the listed locations at least 6 days/month

Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills in financial services, with a focus on investment products and compliance. Capable of providing professional client support while managing multiple priorities and maintaining confidentiality.
