Job Description & How to Apply Below

Our client is a sixth-generation, family-owned Australian beef company recognized globally for its commitment to quality, integrity, and premium grass-fed beef. Following continued growth in North America, they are seeking a hands-on Director of Finance to join their U.S. leadership team. This is a hybrid role in Colorado.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is an exceptional opportunity for a finance leader who enjoys building, influencing, and partnering with the business. You'll oversee the U.S. finance function while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, helping guide financial strategy, improve operational performance, and build the financial infrastructure needed to support the company's continued expansion.

What You'll Lead
  • Lead the U.S. finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
  • Partner with the CEO to provide financial insight that drives strategic and commercial decisions.
  • Oversee inventory, cost accounting, and financial controls across manufacturing and import operations.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and financial models that improve visibility and business performance.
  • Lead and develop a lean finance team while driving continuous improvement across systems and processes.
What Makes You Successful
  • You enjoy partnering with executive leadership, using financial insights to influence strategy and drive better business decisions.
  • You balance strategic thinking with a hands-on, player-coach approach and are comfortable leading a lean finance team.
  • You bring a strong foundation in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis within an inventory-intensive business.
  • You understand how inventory, cost accounting, and financial performance connect to operational and commercial success, and you know how to turn data into action.
  • You thrive in a growing, entrepreneurial business where continuous improvement, collaboration, and building scalable financial processes are part of the job.
Benefits
  • Competitive executive-level compensation, bonus included.
  • The benefits suite cannot be matched as healthcare is 100% covered by the employer and dependents are covered at 50%.
  • 4 Weeks PTO.

This is a hybrid leadership role in Colorado.
