American Traveler is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist with at least 2 years of IR and 1 year vascular experience for a hybrid OR vascular intervention unit.
Responsibilities- Position is based in an interventional radiology hybrid operating room with a focus on vascular interventions
- Work schedule is 4x10 hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Overnight call required one night per week
- 48‑hour weekend call required every 5th weekend
- Uses Epic for charting
- Will perform vascular interventional radiology procedures in a hybrid OR environment
- Time off is restricted during high‑volume dates; only 10 RTO days are approved for the assignment
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team focused on vascular interventions
- Scrub attire guidelines will align with hospital policy
- Local candidates residing within 75 miles are considered
- Minimum of 2 years interventional radiology technologist experience
- At least 1 year of vascular intervention experience required
- Experience working in a hybrid OR setting is required
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- ARRT(R)(VI) certification required
- First‑time travelers accepted if experience requirements are met
- License required if applicable
