Good Samaritan Society - 2101 South Garfield Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).;
Document resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary.;
Assist the resident in transferring, repositioning, and walking using correct transfer techniques and equipment.;
Assist residents with meals and snacks, provide water and supplements as appropriate.;
Maintain infection prevention and control policies and PPE usage.
