** Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
** Duration:
** 2-Month Contract
A well-established manufacturing facility in Loveland is seeking an experienced
** Recruiter / HR Generalist
** to provide immediate support for a
** 2-month contract** . This hands-on role will support both full-cycle recruiting and core HR functions for the facility.
The ideal candidate has prior experience performing both recruiting and HR responsibilities - not just exposure - and can step in quickly to guide hiring managers, maintain compliance, and move HR processes forward efficiently.
** Key Responsibilities*
* ** Recruiting & Staffing*
* + Post job ads and manage candidate pipelines
+ Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews
+ Coordinate and participate in interviews with hiring managers
+ Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) activity and recruitment records
+ Maintain candidate communication and ensure timely hiring decisions
+ Lead hiring conversations and provide direction to managers
** HR Administration*
* + Support onboarding and offboarding processes
+ Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
+ Assist with payroll data entry and benefits administration
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
+ Prepare basic HR reports and metrics
** Employee Relations & Support*
* + Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions
+ Provide guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures
+ Assist with employee relations matters and internal HR initiatives
** Qualifications*
* + Prior experience in both Recruiting and HR (manufacturing environment preferred)
+
Experience with ATS and HRIS systems (
** Paylocity preferred** )
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
+ Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance best practices
+ Ability to confidently guide hiring managers and move processes forward
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
