Job Title:
HR Onboarding Specialist Duration: 6 month contract (potential to extend) Job Description
The HR Onboarding Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources operations and enhancing the new hire experience. The role encompasses a wide range of duties from HR operations to compliance and system administration.
Responsibilities- Manage HR operations, including onboarding and pre-boarding processes.
- Enhance the new hire experience and provide support to hiring managers.
- Oversee the employee lifecycle and support talent acquisition.
- Utilize systems and tools such as Success Factors, HRIS, and ATS for data migration and system administration.
- Ensure compliance with new hire regulations, employment eligibility, and data privacy.
- Adhere to policy and regulatory compliance, maintaining confidentiality of information.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in HRIS, especially Workday and Success Factors.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and full-cycle onboarding.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively with people virtually.
This position is fully onsite in Loveland, working with a team of 18 members. The office is located in a newer, updated building equipped with a cafeteria, vending machines, and kitchens on every floor. The role reports to the HR Onboarding Supervisor and offers a dynamic environment in a large corporate setting, providing opportunities for career growth and development.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Loveland, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
