Global Oracle Fusion Cloud Program Director

The Opportunity

Motivated by the highest possible stakes of climate change and global health, at Hach (), a Veralto company, we’re working together within a rapidly digitizing industry to find innovative technologies that guarantee the safety of water and our environment.

Based either in Hach’s Loveland, CO office 3 days a week, or remotely in the US (with regular travel to Loveland), the Global Oracle Fusion Cloud Program Director will lead the Oracle Cloud Fusion implementation in partnership with a Big 4 System Integrator. This involves consolidating 9 ERPs, driving the project team through all phases of the implementation and rolling out across 43 countries.

This role requires extensive project management expertise, a comprehensive understanding of Cloud Applications to drive business solutions and process improvements, and the leadership, change management and communication skills to enable effective digital transformation.

The role also offers autonomy, input at the Executive level and the chance to make a significant tangible impact across the organization. • Design, develop, and manage the implementation of technology solutions that meet the needs of internal and external customers
• Manage implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP solution to improve business processes and eliminate waste
• Serve as a governing liaison between business teams, technical, functional, and external consultants during the implementation
• Manage project planning, budgeting, and execution and coordinate multiple work streams
• Identify interdependencies between the various stakeholder groups to ensure all are aligned and risks are identified, mitigated, and communicated
• Report progress to the Steering committee, escalate any issues, as appropriate, in a timely manner, initiate corrective action where necessary to keep the project on track
• Work with a global team and all stakeholders to monitor and track progress of work streams to ensure successful implementation
• Mentor associates, developing their skill sets and accomplishing objectives
• Develop, maintain, and enforce IT standards, policies, and SOPs within the team

• 10+ years of ERP experience in MNC organizations, delivering end-to-end, complex, large scale >$50m programs (ideally global), involving the management of external SI partners
• Must also have Cloud ERP implementation experience
• Excellent Project Management and Change Management. A seasoned leader of large, diverse regional groups (>100+ associates)
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills, the utmost integrity, and humility
• Oracle Fusion experience and a consulting background are both advantageous but not critical
• Existing US resident, either based close to Loveland, CO or willing to relocate to enable hybrid working (preferred) or based remotely in the US and comfortable to visit Loveland regularly. Either way, flexible traveling nationally and internationally (20-40% during peak periods)
• BA or BS degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent technical work experience
