The ERP Technical Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the organization’s ERP system. This role bridges business operations and technology by providing day-to-day functional support while also delivering technical solutions such as customizations, integrations, reporting, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, understands business processes, and can translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Implementing the latest marketing and industry information is vital to succeeding in this industry, and ERP analysts need to understand this field’s current technology and trends to make the company’s business process flow effectively. Analysts gather customer statistics and utilize the data to plan new processes or make recommendations for the business.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP end users, troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Analyze and document business processes to recommend improvements or system enhancements.
• Configure ERP modules, fields, workflows, and security roles based on business needs.
• Assist departments with leveraging ERP capabilities for reporting, process optimization, and data accuracy.
• Adherence to defined timelines and be able to meet tight deadlines

• Develop, test, and maintain ERP customizations, scripts, extensions, and integrations.
• Manage data imports/exports, ETL processes, and API-based integrations with external systems.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytics tools.
• Define business, financial and operations requirements and system goals working with decision makers and end users.
• Maintain current knowledge and understanding of ERP applications and computer hardware operating systems.
• Ensure system documentation is accurate and up to date.

• Initiate and lead ERP enhancement projects, system upgrades, and module implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define specifications, and deliver technical solutions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate deployment of system changes.
• Assist with change management activities including training, communication, and documentation.

• Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity and security.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles.
• Work with vendors or support partners when necessary for escalated issues or upgrades.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field/or equivalent related work experience required
• Minimum of 4 years of ERP support experience required (functional and/or technical, technical preferred)
• Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining data integration for ERP systems required
• Experience with ERP system implementation, configuration, workflows and user support required
• Experience with business software, collaboration, content management or business intelligence platform required (All Microsoft Applications, specifically Power BI & Power Query preferred)
• Experience with SQL, SharePoint, API Integrations, database management and SDLC
• Experience with Infor Syteline ERP preferred
• Preferred experience with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
