Amazon is one of the top 100 companies in the United States and we are looking for an IT Equipment Coordinator to support our Fulfillment Center (FC). The role involves maintaining IT inventory, coordinating ordering, delivery, and audits of assets assigned to the IT department, and supporting the larger IT team with daily projects and activities.

• Allocation and maintenance of IT equipment throughout the Fulfillment Center.
• Coordinate the RMA and repair process for all devices under warranty.
• Assist the operations team with cable management, inventory, and equipment audits.
• Support Technicians and Engineers in daily projects and activities as directed.
• Report directly to the IT Manager for the fulfillment center.

• Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts.
• Experience in procurement, budgeting, forecasting, or asset management.
• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience using computers and Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, or 4+ years of Amazon experience.

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration, or operations.
• Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.
• Experience in customer service and managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact seamlessly with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
