VIM​/OpenText Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable VIM/Open Text solutions tailored to business needs.
• Lead the enhancements and integration of VIM and Open Text components with SAP and other enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee system configuration, customization, and enhancements to optimize invoice processing workflows.
• Provide expert guidance and best practices on VIM/Open Text architecture, deployment, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to VIM/Open Text systems.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve system capabilities.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing with team members and stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a VIM/Open Text Architect or in a similar role with at least 5 years of hands‑on experience.
• Strong expertise in Open Text Vendor Invoice Management and related modules.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP integration, workflows, and document management processes.
• Excellent understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Open Text components to meet business requirements.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
