** The Target Pay Range for this position is $110,000-$130,000 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
** Senior Test QA performs manual and automated testing for 1-2 global development teams developing solutions using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This includes working with teams working globally within the US, Mexico, India, and Germany. The Senior Test QA will test innovative digital solutions to production and through product health. This role will collaborate with the scrum master, developers, product owners, manual testers, and architects in ensuring thorough, efficient, and quality testing.

This person will also work closely with the Test Manager to coordinate project-level testing for their assign project.
** Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Manual and automated testing efforts for 1-2 teams which includes internal teams and vendors + Implements strategy on shifting from manual to automated testing + Ensure proactive communications to leadership and functions within the team and to the Test Manger + Supports metrics and dashboards utilizing Azure Dev Ops to provide insights into automation activities + Drives the constant goal of continuous improvement in quality and efficiency + Ensure thorough manual and automation testing on risks and dependencies within the projects and programs
** Education and Experience** + B.S. or higher with 5+ years working in software testing including manual testing + Hands-on Dev Ops Test Automation on tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Test Complete. BDD Tools like Cucumber. Mobile Test Automation tools/solutions such as Appium + Working in Pet Health and/or a regulated environment is a plus
