We are seeking an experienced Client Support Associate to provide hands-on technical support for end users across a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is responsible for resolving hardware, software, networking, mobility, and audio/visual issues while delivering exceptional customer service. Success in this position requires strong troubleshooting skills, effective communication, and the ability to support critical business operations with minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze, troubleshoot, document, and resolve incidents and service requests using approved ITSM tools.
- Provide end-user support for desktop hardware, software, mobile devices, and enterprise applications both onsite and remotely.
- Install, configure, maintain, and repair computers, peripherals, and workplace technology in accordance with company standards.
- Support conference room technology, audio/visual systems, and meeting-related technical needs.
- Manage employee technology lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, equipment refreshes, and access changes.
- Partner with operational teams to support printers, warehouse technology, equipment repairs, and technical maintenance.
- Track and maintain IT asset inventory, spare equipment, and technology stock levels.
- Coordinate vendor maintenance activities and support approved change management processes.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
- Strong experience troubleshooting and supporting Windows desktop operating systems.
- Experience with PC hardware installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair.
- Proficiency supporting mobile devices including iOS and Android smartphones and tablets.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and end-user productivity tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel locally as needed (approximately 5%).
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or related industry certifications
- Experience supporting Active Directory, Windows Server environments, DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP networking
- Knowledge of WLAN, LAN, VLANs, Ethernet switching, routing, and web filtering technologies
- Experience with endpoint management, security tools, VPN solutions, VDI environments, and enterprise troubleshooting
- Audio/visual support experience with conferencing systems, projection equipment, and telecom infrastructure
- Experience supporting printer maintenance, device repairs, and technology asset management
- Ability to create and distribute technical reports using approved enterprise reporting tools
