Quality Data Analyst

Hach is hiring a Quality Data Analyst onsite in Loveland, CO
. In this role, you will turn complex quality and operational data into practical insights that help improve product quality, reduce defects, and strengthen customer satisfaction across Hach’s global product portfolio. You will also build scalable analytics solutions that support data-driven decisions throughout the product lifecycle.

• Analyze trends across quality metrics for the global product portfolio and deliver actionable recommendations to improve quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain dashboards, automated reports, KPI tracking tools
  , and analytics infrastructure to increase visibility into quality performance across global operations.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to identify root causes of recurring quality issues and support corrective and preventive action initiatives.
• Monitor field performance, warranty data, and customer complaint trends to proactively surface emerging risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and validate predictive models
  , classification tools, and AI-enabled analytics solutions to accelerate quality investigations and engineering decision making.
• Support root cause analysis with data preparation, analysis, and visualization of quality and reliability information.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data governance standards and improve quality data consistency across systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience in data analysis, quality engineering, or a related analytical role within a manufacturing, hardware, or product development environment.
• Experience using Python
  , SQL
  , or similar tools for data preparation, workflow automation, and statistical analysis.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI
  , Tableau
  , or similar business intelligence tools.
• Proven ability to translate analytical findings into measurable quality, operational, or process improvements.

• Experience with machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or related AI-enabled analytical workflows.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and standards such as ISO 9001
  .
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC),
  Design of Experiments (DOE), or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with root cause analysis tools such as 8D
  , Fishbone/Ishikawa, or FMEA
  .
• Experience working with ERP or PLM systems such as SAP or Oracle
  .
