BMW Broker Driver

Join the BMW of Loveland team as a BMW Broker Driver and play an important role in creating the outstanding experience our customers know and trust. In this client-facing position, you'll help coordinate vehicle deliveries, pickups, and broker transactions while proudly representing one of the world's most respected luxury automotive brands. Because this role involves direct interaction with customers, brokers, and business partners, strong customer service skills and a professional approach are essential.

Compensation: $24.00 - $31.00 per hour

Travel & Expense Reimbursement For any management-approved overnight travel, the dealership will provide or reimburse eligible expenses as outlined below.

Lodging Hotel accommodations provided and paid for by the dealership.

Meals Reasonable meal expenses provided or reimbursed by the dealership during business travel.

Transportation Expenses The dealership will pay for or reimburse the following management-approved transportation expenses:

Fuel Tolls Parking Airfare , when applicable

Ride-share or rental vehicle expenses approved by management

Responsibilities

Assist Broker Advisor with daily fleet operations.

Transport vehicles between dealership locations, storage facilities, auctions, and vendors.

Coordinate logistics for vehicle displays and marketing events.

Maintain vehicle presentation standards.

Deliver sold vehicles to local and out-of-state customers.

Provide a professional vehicle orientation at time of delivery.

Obtain all required delivery documentation and customer signatures.

Support white-glove delivery experiences for BMW clients.

Maintain a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Demonstrate safe vehicle operation at all times.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Deliver exceptional customer service.

Complete assigned trips and deliveries efficiently.

Represent the BMW brand and dealership in a positive manner.

Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

CDL license preferred but not required

Seasoned driver who is comfortable driving a truck and trailer, with experience loading, securing, and unloading vehicles.

Previous driving, dealership, valet, porter, fleet, delivery, logistics, or customer service experience preferred.

Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork accurately.

Professional appearance and communication skills.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Comfortable using phones, maps/navigation apps, and basic dealership systems as needed.

Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently and perform light physical tasks related to vehicle movement and preparation.
