Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration/verification of instrumentation using established company standard work.
  • Promote a positive customer experience and serve as on‑site customer contact for technical and service‑related problems.
  • Submit prompt, accurate service reports that affect billing, inventory, instrument history, and instrument failure.
  • Execute administrative activities in support of service visits.
  • Work in a wide variety of municipal and industrial settings, including drinking water & wastewater treatment facilities, refineries, chemical manufacturing plants, and food & beverage processing facilities. Some applications may involve instrument servicing in NEC hazardous locations (Class I Division
    2).
  • Travel 50‑75% of the time within a 2‑hour radius of Cheyenne, WY; expect 1–3 nights away on average each week with company‑paid accommodations and meals.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; associate’s or technical degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude – experience with preventative maintenance and technical diagnostics/repair.>
  • 2 or more years of field service experience and/or customer‑facing roles preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required.
Travel Requirements
  • Daily travel to customer sites.
  • Occasional travel to other states within the region.
  • Occasional rental of vehicles for business travel; valid driver’s license and ability to rent a vehicle under applicable state law required.
Compensation

The range for this role is $30.00 – $32.00 USD per year, plus incentive pay. Compensation may vary based on education, experience, location, performance, shift, travel requirements, and other factors.
