A growing manufacturing company in Loveland is hiring an Engineer Assistant / Entry-Level Industrial Engineer to support production and process improvement initiatives. • Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and process improvements
• Modify and update machine programs to improve efficiency and output
• Install and change machine fixtures based on production needs
• Troubleshoot equipment issues alongside the engineering team
• Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
• Maintain accurate setup, process, and production documentation

• Associate degree in Industrial Engineering or hands‑on machine operation experience
• Knowledge of machining processes and manufacturing equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Motivated individual eager to grow into an engineering career
