Pay Range: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
Terms: Permanent Full Time (On-Site)

About the Role:Automation Technician I should excel in either Mechanical or Electrical assembly. The Lead Automation Technician will verify qualifications. Growth into the other disciplines will be expected and documented in a training matrix.
Responsibilities:- Ability to utilize and understand engineering drawings, building, wiring, and qualifying sub-assemblies, main assemblies, and final machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, or electrical problems as they may arise.
- Proactively and communicate with other departments for solutions.
- Ability to set up final systems in accordance with internal quality acceptance measures.
- Ability to set up final systems in accordance with quality acceptance measures set by customer.
- Ensure the final product meets specifications.
- Two years of manufacturing experience in a related field preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical degree in automation preferred.
- Experience in A.C., D.C., and three-phase wiring.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and pneumatic schematics.
- Conceptual knowledge of pneumatics and servo-drive motors.
- Experience as a commercial electrician or machine/automation maintenance technician is preferred.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time, travel can be one to three weeks per trip. (Required)
- Willing to train the right candidate with minimal experience and certifications for an apprentice role.
- Working daily onsite at Muller Technology CO, Inc. with expectation of no less than 40 hours worked weekly.
