** Join Our Team as an Equipment Maintenance Technician II*
* If you're an experienced maintenance professional who thrives on solving complex mechanical and electronic challenges, we want to meet you. In this role, you'll support a wide range of advanced manufacturing equipment-including CNC mills/lathes, injection molding machines, SMT systems, Chemkey equipment, and manual machine tools. You'll also play a key role in mentoring less experienced technicians and helping drive continuous improvement across the facility.

** What You'll Do*
* + Troubleshoot and repair CNC mills/lathes and injection molding machines, including all electronic and mechanical systems.

+ Perform expert-level Preventive Maintenance, including injection molding screw changes and cleaning.

+ Manage CNC coolant changes and maintain the coolant program.

+ Ensure high uptime and performance of specialized Chemkey equipment.

+ Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures to ensure consistency and quality.

+ Promote and maintain a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.

+ Develop work plans for emergency repairs on critical assets.

+ Support kaizen, DBS, and continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Handle and properly dispose of chemical and non‑chemical waste, including hazardous materials.

+ Participate in daily team meetings focused on planning, problem-solving, and resource allocation.

+ Assist with design, implementation, and troubleshooting of both new and legacy equipment.

+ Cross-train in additional areas as needed.

+ Collaborate with management to recommend improvements to processes, machines, and procedures.

** What You Bring*
* + Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair CNC mills/lathes and injection molding machines.

+ Expert-level Preventive Maintenance skills with measurable results.

+ Demonstrated success maintaining high uptime on Chemkey systems.

+ Strong track record of consistent, high-quality repair work.

+ High school diploma/GED required.

+ 4+ years of relevant experience preferred.

+ Strong oral and written communication skills.

+ A positive, collaborative attitude and commitment to safety.
