Job Description
As an Electrical/Electronics Associate, you will be responsible for assembling and wiring electrical components and products based on technical schematics and customer requirements. You will need to understand electrical industry standards and customer specifications, combining data from detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to complete assembly tasks with precision. You will also participate in improving clarity and accuracy in documented processes and procedures, conduct inspections and tests to verify product accuracy and functionality, and record and maintain data per operating standards.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and wire electrical components and products based on technical schematics and customer requirements.
- Understand and apply electrical industry standards and customer specifications.
- Combine data from schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to complete assembly tasks.
- Conduct inspections and tests to verify the accuracy and functionality of products.
- Record and maintain data according to operating standards.
- Apply 5S principles to improve workstation organization and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with team standards by following established guidelines.
- Store and maintain tools, materials, and equipment properly.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and follow lean practices such as waste reduction.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $29.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
