WhatYou'll Do
- Wire industrial control panels according to electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings
- Install components such as terminal blocks, relays, breakers, and wire harnesses
- Test completed panels for proper function and troubleshoot wiring issues
- Apply basic mechanical and electrical principles to ensure correct assembly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate with team leads on project status and any quality concerns
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity for precise wiring work
- Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
- A solid grasp of basic mechanical and electrical principles
- Comfortable using hand tools (wire strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail — this work has zero room for shortcuts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED preferred; technical/vocational training a plus
- Experience wiring control panels or similar electrical/mechanical assembly preferred, but not required — we're happy to train the right person with strong fundamentals (e.g., backgrounds in automotive, HVAC, electronics, or hands-on trades all translate well)
