Metal Fabrication Helper Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
- Accurately load sheet metal into various fabrication machinery
- Use punches to separate cut pieces from the sheet metal
- Provide essential support to the paint department, assisting with tasks such as preparing materials and moving finished products
- Assist the warehouse team with parts distribution, ensuring components are moved efficiently to production areas
- Engage in pack building and precise sorting of finished or in-progress products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all company safety standards and procedures
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned to support overall fabrication operations.
Metal Fabrication Helper
Qualifications:
- Repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds
- Occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds
- Frequent squatting, bending, leaning, and twisting motions
- Standing, walking, and moving around the shop floor for extended periods.
- Ability to meet all specified physical demands consistently and safely
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
